Dude you sound pretty
Lean add some
Hiit and compound lifts and you'll be jacked soon enough.
Man consider a boxing routine for HIIT (3min rounds of work 1 min of rest between rounds). Shadow box 4rds, Heavy Bag 6rds, skip rope 4rds, burpees or sledge hammer swings 2rds.

You could do your week
Day 1-max strength compound lifts
Day 2-boxing
Day3-off
Day 4-maxstrength
Day5-boxing
Day6-Something fun like hiking in the Mountains or dancing all night at the club
Day 7-Off or easy like a 1-2hr walk in the park

This routine would work for me.

treesacharm: the maca I'm just taking for my sexual health, it also has a bit of proteins and minerals. It's just because I was talking about the bulbine.

The only carbs I'm eating are brown bread and potatoes with around 70 percent of that post-workout. I barely eat processed food. Just some mayonaise with my fries, not even jam. I think I'm going to replace my morning bread with fruits and yoghurt as I barely eat that, some nuts with it. At noon have less bread and more soup. And replace my bread in the night when I crave for food with some nuts 'n shit.

Carbs are still important just get them from ancient grains and sweet patatoes beans that kind of stuff...

Honestly you sound like you have the diet wired in good job! That's the hard part!

Now with your ferment volume training your body should just take off and grow!

Yeah, next week when I'll go to the supermarket I'll just get a lot of seeds, nuts, natural yoghurt and fruits and avocados. I always have soup at home, so I shouldn't be hungry. I also eat a lot of ginger, garlic and onions, which are also good.

Ginger and garlic are actually awesome for you. Good choices... I recently read something on mega dosing vitamin c and garlic ... Massively reducing blood pressure... Honestly I love this health stuff.

I make like twice a week a curry with a lot of ginger, garlic and onions and also coconut milk. Most of my other meals contain a lot of onion and garlic.

Treesacharm. Any idea how I should cycle this bulbine? Like how many weeks should I take it and how many weeks rest? Last time I just took it for a week, didn't feel different. Dunno what I'm supposed to feel.

The problem with bulbine right now is no human studies.

I do know that with test boosters you want to spend just as much time off them as on them. With a maximum normally of 2 months on them which would mean two months off...

For me personnely my body seems to stop responding after 6 weeks or so on them. Hope that helps it's just generic test booster advice.

Another trick is dont eat/fast half or all day.

I was playing video games all afternoon with a solid boner that wouldn't go down because I didn't eat nothing all day. Every now and then-Don't eat get raging boners.

Fucked up. I thought my third exercise was 10 x 10 and it should've been 3 x 10. Now that's gonna hurt tomorrow, dunno if I'll be able to go Sad. Happy that I went to the 'big guy section'. Btw, did lat pull instead of chin up. When I'm stronger, I'll start with some chin up little by littel.

39 kilo = 86 lbs.

Rick, what can I do instead of low cable pull-in? Looks fucking stupid to lay there like that. Just one of those leg press machines?
I don't know if we have one of those seated calf things, haven't seen it .. .any tips?

I'm not so sure what a low cable pull in is. The one on youtube looks like it does abs. What muscles are you trying to hit with it?

Those seated calf machines are golden. For calves you go mental. Like 5 sets of 20 with like 30-60 sec rest periods. After using that machine all other calf exercises seem so ineffective.

It's one of the first youtube hits. There's this machine in the gym where you sit and you take an elastic with your hands in front of your chest and you go down with your chest while pulling weight. I wonder if it does the same thing.
