Good tv shows especially on netflix?

House of cards? No, 3rd season was quite good. Vikings had a few annoying characters in the last season, esp the franks. Again they're just trying out do all the previous seasons... probably the next will be unbelievable rubbish, with ragnar fighting his brother all over europe. I'm hoping theyll focus more on ragnar bringing christianity to the vikings..not because of God, but because if you want to build an economic empire, Christianity is better than polytheism.

the wire, the sopranos, breaking bad, the shield, justified, the fall, vikings, game of thrones, or homeland i would suggesting watch those

I loved Breaking Bad and sort of lost track of the Sopranos after the first few seasons when it was on tv(didn't even realise it was on Netflix!). Might be a UK thing as I know shows differ from country to country.

I do like Homeland and House of Cards is good if you like intelligent dramas.

Recently started watching Jack Taylor - an Irish private detective drama. Can't help thinking he is Max Payne based purely on playing the game on my Xbox.

I've seen the whole series. Sort of liked it but I think it had big boots to step into.

I thought Better Call Saul was baaaad. Kinda zoned out most of the time. I can't see it running past 2 seasons.

It feels small time, there's no urgency or ... which made Breaking Bad so good was the brewing conflicts and the expectations of a big fallout between pretty much all the main characters. It's just Saul character trying to be funny and being a pawn.

Disagree! Thought Breaking Bad seaon 1 pacing and development took forever. At least with BSC you had interesting backstories with his brother and Mike.

Better call saul has no main plot, apart from when will saul finally meet jessie and walter, when will they come back. That's it.

Breaking bad started episode one with Walt freaking out in the camper wearing gas masks and saying goodbye to his family on video. By seeing 3 he was already choking that guy to death with the bike lock. Come on. It's like night and day. Better call saul is mainly about Saul having to go back to the court house to get his parking validated.

At least Mike lightens things up with an appearance.

i felt like this also........ but if you caught the last episode it makes it sound like it will get better from here on out

imo they wasted the entire first season to set up why he was going to turn into a crooked/con man type lawyer when they easily could have done that in two episodes and then had some entertaining parts in season one

basically the only good episode of the first season was the mike episode

if breaking bad wasnt one of the two greatest drama's ever, tied with the wire, then i would have given up on BSC in three episodes, ill give them half of another season and if its as boring as the first ill give up, but i think there will be more entertaining things going on in the second season


dont really agree with BB starting that slow, i was captivated from the first episode....... cooking meth is way more entertaining than being a boring lawyer

true..... but a whole season is kind of a lot to waste, i am sure they already lost much of their fanbase


if that was made by anyone else other than who it was made by i would definitely bet it wouldnt get a second season...... but loyal BB viewers kept watching

Didn't like bcs, .. You all need to watch Mr. Robot ... right ... now. Really good.

Anyone else into documentaries? I love BBC documentaries with David Attenborough. Recommended: Africa and also Frozen Planet.

I watch almost anything about traveling, other countries, animals, history as long as there's good camera work. Really great show is 'Departures' about two Canadians traveling the world. Vice is also interesting.
