What does lean gains say about drinking?

My biggest problem is that I can get the rest of my diet in line, I can work out hard multiple times a week, but I can't avoid consuming massive quantities of alcohol.

Alcohol fucks with your hormone production. Increases estrogen and decreases testosterone.

I am down to 190 abs coming in sharp but still have 5 to 10 pounds to go...

RE: Fasting and Training
Interesting article. I need to start my pre-summer cut soon, so I guess it's going to be a lot of neat whiskey and tequilla shots for me...there's worse ways to live.

I drink too (sometimes too much) as long as part of your life style is "take no prisoners" attitude when comes to your discipline in terms of pushing workout / training routines - you will be ok.
Being too obsessed with healthy lifestyle is not healthy neither - just try to hit the right balance that works for you in terms of fun and "work".
