Distance from bars/club and Same Night Lays (fast booking)

Hello,

I will go very soon to a 2nd-tier city in EE for 9 days and I have two choices for the place to stay, both are apartments where I will be on my own:

1. 10 minutes walking from the bars/clubs
2. 20 minutes walking from the bars/clubs, 60-70 euros cheaper

Do you think that this matters so much for bringing back a girl when going out?

I'm asking this based on the point number 2 of this article.

Would you pipeline if you were in my situation?

20 min walk is ok, price for taxi would still be cheaper than the difference in price for the apartment. Plus, you don't know where your potential girl would live and if you pipeline she might just happen to live closeby. I had that in Riga.

Which 2nd tier EE city is going to cost 60-90 euros/night? Also knowing this will help determine whether you should pipeline not.

Generally, I like to get as close to the bars/clubs as possible. I've only booked through Airbnb and the most I've paid per night for an apartment in the centre was 40usd.

Had a discussion over pm about this. My opinion is that yes, location means a lot more than people usually give it credit for compared to game and what not. Particularly so if you're only briefly visiting and don't know the city. If you're staying longer term then it is easier because you can better set up dates. For short term, my opinion is you should be right in the middle of the nightlife, much more important than how nice your place is.

Scandibro I agree with you, the investment of 8-9 euros a night more could potentially transform my experience there with removing a potential hurdle.

Don, it's 60-70 euros of difference for 8 days.

If you can afford it, go for the closest possible location. It DOES help. Girls are moody as hell and any potential distraction, time passing, can only cool her down. We have a saying in sales that "Time kills deals" . All that pua lingo "buying temperature" comes from sales and it's true. You gotta strike while the iron is hot so do that to the best of your ability.
