Still the greatest RB this country has ever produced. Hopefully they get him back on sky sports. His analysis was top notch.

I think he definitely has the potential to be a very good manager. Valencia is a nightmare first job when he doesn't speak fluent Spanish though. I think taking charge of a decent championship team and being given a couple of years would give us a better feel for where he's at in terms of his ability.

I'm predicting a Madrid derby and a Bayern safe passage. I'm supporting anybody other than Citeh at this stage.

Any englishman ought to be supporting citeh. If only to make safe the 4th CL spot for the EPL (if it actually matters). Definitely don't want Bayern or Real to win. Diego Simeone deserves a CL medal though. Fantastic manager.

Still think Real will take it if they get to the final, and or Bayern will take it if they face off against either City or Atl in the final.

Don't think City will get to the final regardless of who they face in the semis.

Glad an English team got to the semis as least

Was embarrassing when no English teams were in the quarters

Dont want Bayern to win it because they are level with us (Liverpool) on 5 european cups right now and only Milan and Real have more than us.

Would be quite happy to see Athleti win it with Torres scoring the winner in the final.

Dude

If City win it and Liverpool win Europa league, a 4th place finish for Man U will still see them miss out on the CL

AM to win champions league.

Also I hope Bayern Draw City for the Old boss Vs New Boss Showdown.

Don't think United will get 4th spot regardless. Been a crazy season. Happy for Leister to win the EPL.

Still cannot believe what I have just seen

Liverpool needed to score 3 goals not once but twice and then doing it in injury time to dump the favourites out of the competition.

People were bouncing off the walls in the sports bar.

Holy shit!

Honestly, I don't give a shit. I'll be watching the championship from next season on anyway. Probably for the next 10 years too.

Look at that historypool won. I just seen the headline. Completely forgot that was going on.

How do you go down 0-2 in 9 minutes if you're not newcastle?

RE: The football thread
Had a weird dream last night

Real Madrid won the CL final on a penalty shootout.

Hope that doesn't come true

Anyway, first semi final tonight. My expectations for a Man City win are low.
