Return to Cambodia - Rise or fall in Phnom Penh
I'm heading out there again tomorrow. This time instead of doing nothing but hunt for pussy and watch Netflix I have some goals I would like to accomplish while out there.

The main one - break free from being a wage slave or at least fund my next excursion into the philippines early next year. I intend on doing this by becoming competent at online poker. I aim to put 200 hours a month into it and take it as seriously as a professional. By the time i come back before Christmas eve I'm hoping to be able to beat at least 25nl consistently meaning I can actually clear bonuses for the month I'm back.

2nd - get control of my sex addiction. I have no problem going out everynight and banging my problems tend to be in the form of pornography during time in which I'm trying to do something productive and before I know it iv busted my 4th nut of the day before dinner. I will not be attempting NO FAPP as it's completely spasticated. NO PORN is what I'm interested in. I'm interested on seeing the effect it has on my real life sexual encounters. I will be busting my nut at least once a day regardless.

3rd - attempt to build a social circle and make solid friends. My social circle from back home is more or less fucked. It has made me realise how much I value quality time with people I can call friends. I will make effort in finding individuals with similar interests and ambitions as myself.

I will still be smashing a shitload of pussy but I will be focusing on getting fuckbuddy/relationships with girls I consider above the norm of what I was getting last time.

I will try not to become the wreck that oneitus reduced me to last time. Although I will be eager to fuck her at least one last time.

Sounds like a plan.

Yea, the social circle thing is important. The thing I miss about SEA is there are a lot of like-minded guys out there to socialize with.

For business reasons, I'll probably need to head over to Asia soon. Taxes are beginning to be problematic for me, so I'm thinking about incorporating in Hong Kong. Not sure I'd want to live there though...probably 'Nam.

Anyways, it seems like there will be a few of us in SEA. We should have a NaughtyNomad meetup.

Nice. Japan sometimes feels like a completely different world to SEA. Missing SEA. Goodluck with the poker.

brah online poker is rough.

i think you have a much better chance playing at casinos.

why are you going back to cambodia when there are other cheap better options in the region?

I'm aware of how hard it is. I may attempt live games if my bankroll allows it. Online is the quickest way to get good.

I'm going back because I enjoyed it.

Dude..youre going there because of the milf. Which is fine. What is a bit dodgy is that part of why you like her is she feeds you.

But you gotta work with what you have, so go for it.

Too much fuckery happens online. Additionally, you cant see the players and their signs. I do not think it is realistic to think you are going to carve out a living playing poker online. IF you are good and can read people well, then you might could carve out a living playing live poker.

Yea, I wasn't going to try to dissuade Rick. But there are a dozen better ways to make money online, that require less work and the odds are in your favor.

The online poker ship has gone and sailed.

If you're set on poker Rick, go to Burma...play live games, and relieve Chinese tycoons of their ill-gotten gains.

Shouldn't you try some more ambitious things in life, Rick? Like studying something at university so you could have cool jobs abroad or start some business? The whole poker things seems so naive, sorry to say, not trying to mock you, but help.

Also, seems kinda boring going to the same country again. I'd do that with some country like France, Spain or Italy cos they're so diverse and so close and they're just a few hours flying away when I'm in Europe, but not for exotic destinations, Ethiopia being the exception, wanna go back ..

You have far more of an edge online than live games if you know what your doing and using a hud. It's not even comparable there is that much of a difference.

Also most importantly volume and rakeback.

I have also left behind the idea of the 4 hour work week. In my mind it appeals to people's innate desire to be lazy as fuck. I'm going Robert greens mastery direction. The main idea of putting the work and hours in to become exceptionally good at something which you will be rewarded for in the long run.

The other thing is you do the minimal and become a mediocre low stakes player your still making more than most teachers out here. But if you do put the work in and strive to be the best you can be you can earn far more than you could in most other careers especially if you didn't go to and have no interest in going to uni.

Either way guys you will get first hand insight into how difficult it is and what is achievable.

I agree on not dissuading anyone from seeking their dreams.

That being said what are some of the things that could be done to get some decent coin online.

Yes, the 4 hour work week is inspirational reading. It opened my mind to the possibility of living a life outside the 9-5 framework. So I'm grateful to Tim for that.

But the reality is - nobody got good at anything just working at it 4 hours a week. That's a load of marketing crack.

I'm more inclined to the "Millionaire Fastlane" approach. Bust your ass for 5-10 years, and then have a zero hour work week.

Rick, if you multi-table a lot of low stakes I think you can make it. But you got to perfect your craft.

Not many people have what it takes to do that at the higher stakes online and win consistently.

I'd agree with Ed Rick in that when you do start making some coin on poker, take a few weeks and go up to Yunnan in China. From there get a sketchy taxi/moto ride into Shan state and hit up the casinos stacked with Chinese billionaires. Bring a guide/bodyguard. Big bragging rights.
