EPL Predictions 2016 / 2017
With most of the best managers in the world now in the premiership, who's your money on to win and to be in top 4?

Considered to be the best managers in the world - Klopp, Mourhino, Pep, Conte all fighting it out bar Simone and Ancelotti that are not in the English League.

My predictions

Arsenal - Will actually drop out of the top 4. Wenger seems content with mediocrity.
Spurs -  Faded at the end but other teams will be too strong for them.
Leicester - Should keep most of their players. But teams will have figured them out. Will not be able to repeat their amazing year with all new strengthen teams. Top 10.
Liverpool - Top 6. Can't seem to attract the best players. May need a few more seasons to mount a challenge.
Chelsea - Only 1 year ago that they walked to the title. Conte will build on that.
City - will take them another season and Pep gets the players he needs to play to his style.
Utd - Mourhino is ruthless. Getting the players he wants early. Knows the league, won it before.

1st - Utd
2nd - Chelsea
3rd - City
4th - Spurs
5th - Arsenal
6th - Liverpool

I'd be very happy if your predictions come true, even happier if Liverpool fail to make the top 6.

I think making predictions before the end of the transfer window can be a bit premature as we still don't know how the squads will look, especially Chelsea who will probably spend quite a bit before the window shuts.

I'm delighted with United's work in the window so far, one or two more players and we can genuinely challenge for the title.

That is a good point Hicks.

With or without Pogba but I'm thinking this is the usual ploy of getting the best possible contract. Seen it with Ronaldo, Bale and Neymar supposedly going to Utd.

I'd be interested to see what happens with Everton (new manager) and Palace with their lavish spending. They'll be amongst the top 10.

Yes in my opinion. They also have champions league to contest.
The next season for Leicester is about stability.

Man U won't finish above Leicester as long as Leicester keep hold of their players.

I'd be willing to bet a lot of money to the contrary

I would agree that Man U are gonna be top. Mourinho alone is almost enough to take them top.  His first season at a club is always amazing. ibra and the other transfers are just a bonus

only thing that will stop him is pep

There goes Kante to Chelsea. I'd say their best player last season.

Disappointing seeing him going to the rents, I think he should have been player of the season last year. Kante and Matic together will free up Fabregas even more and get the best out of him too. I think Chelsea are a top CB away from being contenders.

I don't think they'll play matic and kante together. Matic will be an understudy this season. Kante as starter.

RE: EPL Predictions 2016 / 2017
Update -

City - Signing some interesting players.
Utd - Seems Pogba is done. Matter of time before announcement.
Leicester - lost Kante.
Arsenal - rumors they will sign 2 before start of season.
Chelsea - Costa might be off

Which does not really change my mind so far on how each team will finish. If Arsenal sign Daxler and lacazette, I would put them right up there.
